After furious head scratching, mdavison asked:

| invitations OTHER than having the meetings sent to the
| delegate/assistant and having them accept them? I work for a large
| batch of lawyers who want items to "magically appear" on their
| calendars without having to have any interaction with them at all. I
| can't find a setting for that.
