Check your Auto-archive settings on the calendar folder - right
click-properties-auto-archive.

After furious head scratching, Outlook Newbie asked:

| Hi, I notice that Outlook will only show the diary entries for the
| past 3-4 weeks. The entries earlier than that are not shown
| (erased?). Is it possible to keep all the previous entries & retrieve
