After furious head scratching, hager123 asked:

| Outlook 2003 with Exchange User. All of a sudden unable to create a
| new appointment. Error "The object could not be found".
| Able to create a new appointment with OWA or with the outlook.exe /c
| ipm.appointment switch.
| Able to find the form under Tools/forms.
| Cleared the forms cache, checked on different computer for same user
| all with the same result.
| Any further ideas?????
