Outlook Express functional-ongoing error message
I get the error when opening OE, again when e-mailing from a web page, and
also when e-mailing from my photos/my documents. I use Trend Micro Internet
Security, just downloaded 2007, when the message began. Have already worked
with one of their techs and ruled out their firewall as the cause. The only
thing I have not done is uninstall-reinstall their product (awaiting their
response to my e-mail request of 4 hours ago-the product indicated that no
reinstall would be available) although their tech did not suggest this at the
time we isolated the firewall (about 3 days ago)...by the way, Steve, should
I actually be backing up address book entries?
