I mapped the field correctly. I did not use an email address on these
contacts we do not need only need name, ph and fax numbers. If the list is
not showing when I open the address book and go to contacts then where would
they be? Is there somewhere where I can see an example or walks you through
step by step? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Look in your Contacts Folder and see.
Are the email addresses mapped to the correct field? Are they valid and
resolved?
