How do I add "Calendar Name" FIELD in a public folder calendars.

How do I add "Calendar Name" FIELD in a public folder calendars.

We have multiple public folder calendars. When they print, the calendar name
is not in the header. If I add the name itself (no field), it prints the
same name on every calendar. Any ideas?
