Try this:
Create a new calendar - called Backup Calendar.
Then, with Views choose All Appointments and copy them to the Backup
Calendar. After copying, delete every appointments from your original...

BCC How to?
With Rules you could CC it on sending, but BCC not.

Right-click the contact folder you want to lookup, choose Properties and in
