how can i delete mulitiple emails at once?
You can hold down the shift or ctrl key to select multiple items. Once you
have the items selected, shift+delete is a permanent delete and pressing
delete key moves things to the deleted items...

Is the outlook icon present next to the clock in the system tray area? If
yes, then they could have the option on to hide outlook when minimized.
(Just right click on the icon in the system tray...

Outlook 2003 ERROR MAPI32.DLL is Corrupt
This isn't normal. Do the rename/repair bit, but before starting any Office
2003 application, run fixmapi.exe. This exe is in the \windows\system32
