Changes to form

Once I use Design a Form to change the Contacts form that comes with

Change default Details?

Using Outlook XP, I would like to change the category names in the Details
Tab (e.g., Manager's name, etc.) to ones pertinent to me (e.g., parent
name) in my practice. Please offer advice.
