script to parse ip addresses from outlook headers

can anyone point me in the right direction here?

i need to write a script that will rip through all messages stored in
outlook, and pull out both the ip address and the email address the message...

yes i am aware of that- however outlook does not allow rules to be created
on hotmail accounts. basically, i want outlook to forward certain email
