Not natively, and I know of no third-party app that does that. You're

Try deleting the OST file and reinitializing cached mode.

Try turning off cached mode and see if the appointments appear. Verify that
they appear in OWA first.

Distribution Lists

Are they using cached mode, and, if so, is their offline address book
configured for full synchronization of all details? Is the synchronization
up to date?
