emails begin with word 'blank'

when beginning a new message as well. sorry if i was not clear.

it happens in switching from RTF to text in RTF a grid has appeared out of no
where.
the computer uses XP. the grid remains in replies as well.

all of a sudden e mails i send in outlook express are beginnign with the word
'blank' i am not writing the word. any idea what is happening?

grid appears in e mail i compose

all of a sudden a large faint grid has appeared in e mail that i generate in
rtf. i can't get rid of it except in plain text. i am not using any
stationary. ideas?
