I seem to have resolved some of the issues, particularly the printer, by
doing a system restore.

I am still having trouble with Outlook though...

Thanks Diane. I have done that also but it is not optimal. I find it strange
that the option of amending the view is not available. Whilst we are on the
subject, I think the Outlook Today page view...

How can I change the standard Calendar "view" to get rid of the "24hour view"
and to show just the hours, say, between 0600 and 1800. the twenty- four hour
view does not allow a "full day" view...
