By the way I have Outlook2000 with updates to Outlook 2002. I see
that there is no product ID interestingly enough. 1 gig of ram XP
home.

Outlook 2002 SP3 cannot make hyperlink or embed photos - re register something?

I have Outlook 2002 SP3 and I cannot make hyperlinks anymore as I once
did. In fact I cannot embed photos in emails. I have reinstalled
Outlook which did nothing. I used to be able to do all of this...
