adding public contacts to favorits

adding public contacts to favorits

when adding public folder contacts to favorit contact, it wil not show in my
favorits, i miss the "other contacts" group in my favorits.

Anyone know this problem?

I HAVE OPEND A CASE WITH MS, THEY SAID DO THE FOLLOWING:

iNSTALL THE HOTFIX
INSTALL ROLLUP UPDATE 5
INSTALL SP1 FOR EXCHANGE 2007
INSTALL SP1 FOR OFFICE 2007

NOW I AM INSTALLING SP1 FOR OFFICE I...

Outlook 2007 shared calendars are lost when exchange 2007 reboot

When we restart the exchange 2007 server our outlook 2007 client lose there
shared calendar's off colleages. They must add them manualy again.

Who has a fix for this?
