Thanks Diane,

The link looks like a good resource to bookmark. I went through all of the
steps on that page and setup view for 'messages' the way I wanted it. the
messages in the 'inbox' looked...

Thanks for the info. I'm using outlook 2007 and in the tools menu it says
autopreview which shows me a little bit of text under the 1st line of each
email. So what is this 'cleanviews going to do...

I've been using outlook 2007 for about 6 months and all has been ok until
now. My normal view is to have the reading pane turned off and the preview
pane turned on. however, now things changed all...

Restore archive pst after moving to new computer

I want to use the archive feature, but am afraid that after I buy a new
computer and move outlook to the new machine that I wont be able to properly
migrate the archive data to the new machine...

Need tool to syncronize outlook on workstation with notebook
