When you are running ohotfix.exe, are you right clicking on it and selecting
RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR? If not, you should give that a go.

Personal Folders list? If in the personal folders list, the directory where
those are may not have you as having the...

Is there a reason why you want a logon prompt? Have you set up your email
account on there? Are you on a domain (at a business) or are you using it at
home?
