OL 2007 not autofilling my contact properly

When I begin a new email and click on the To or CC field, and I press a

Calendar entry goes straight into calendar w/out notification

Nothing is checked. What is so strange is that the message goes out to a few
people, all within the same network. And that one person doesn't get the
notifications, but the appointment gets set...

Cannot dismiss reminder, it says it can't find recurrence info

I cannot dismiss a reminder for a meeting. Outlook says,
"Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment."

Import function limiting contacts

Hi,

I have a Excel spreadsheet that has 358 contacts in it. When I use the
import function from Outlook it only imports 296 of them. Is there a reason

Outlook should export the zipcode automatically for mail merge

Select contacts folder, Tools-MailMerge. Select Document Type: Mailing
Labels at bottom left. Click OK. Click Setup-choose labels, ok. Close.
