Cannot Add Contacts to Outlook

I am unable to add contacts to outlook it was working just fine up until a
few days ago. When I scroll it will not even highlight add contact.
Any Suggestions? Also this outlook is not on a server...

In my Outlook calendar I have adjusted the time zone to Sydney (GMT +10) and
checked "adjust for daylight saving time". The clock on my computer appears
