Outlook on multiple computers
I am using SynchPST to keep the info from OUTLOOK on multiple computers in sync. It seems to work really well.

Make sure that you don't have a previous version of OUTLOOK installed.

outlook 2007 problems
It sounds as if you may have specified an Exchange server when you set up OUTLOOK.
