Outlook 2003 wants to start install every time I start Outlook

Update: nothing helped, even a different CD. I tried typical and full
installs.
Funny thing, I can't seem to wipe out every last trace of a previous install
as the program complains it can't find...

additional: I unstalled the Office 2007 compatability pack and PPT 2007
viewer.
Also ran detect and repair and reset all Outlook options to default.
Did not help.

Outlook 2003 incredibly slow

I found references to typing speed when creating new emails in Outlook.
If this is simular to the problem you are having, try changing the format of
the new email message to Plain Text or Rich Text...

Outlook 2003 wants to start install every time I start Outlook.

Vista, Office 2003. Everytime I start Outlook it says "please wait
while....installs".
I click on OK and when install is finished all seems ok.
This does not happen for Word or Excell. I have not...
