I am not losing my folders, just the shortcuts to other people's calendar. I

Ok this is my second post, but I am DESPERATE. In outlook 2007 I open
several calendar's that I have rights to by using the "Open a Shared
Calendar", I like to also create a new group to sort them...

In Outlook 2003, how do you delegate a meeting to someone else?

You can open the meeting invite and foward the invite to that person. When
that person accepts the organizers will see the acceptance.

Can't sort list by last name in "add names to DL"

I think your first suggestion did work - it just took some time... Maybe
Outlook needed to be shut down and started again.

Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or address
books Outlook Address Book Change. Set your sort order there

But still the Select Members box...
