I did provide information. I provided that I have the SAME problem as Sam
and that the file opens on another computer and that I did the basic things
like turn off read-only and checked...

Can't import pst file into Outlook 2007

I have the same problem. I copied from CD to HDD and turned off the READ
ONLY flag. The file opens OK on a computer that has Windows XP and Office
2003. There is something different about Vista...
