Making the boxes bigger in month mode

When you print in month mode, the boxes for each day are small for me to
write in. Is there a way you can make the boxes bigger, so when you want to
write something in, you have more room.

Removing dates on left side of page in month mode

When you print any month in the month format, you get dates listed at the
left side of the page for the entire week. Is there a way to remove that so
it doesn't appear when you print it.
