Can you get shared calendars to stay alphabetical?

They SHOULD stay in the order she creates but for some reason they change and
move out of order when she checks one and then unchecks.

Any ideas or am i dealing with a wacko system. The computer...

Our reception lady has 20 shared calendars all lined up on the left view pane
when she is in Calendar mode in OUTLOOK 2003

When she puts a check mark in one of the boxes next to this shared...
