Is there a way to view recent activity date by creating a cust

I don't want the date the contact was created. I want the date of the most
recent activity. This isn't an available field to chosse when setting up a
new view. Is there a way to do it?

My shared calendar labels disappear after I uncheck them. They reappear
after I check them again.
