Number 2. You will have to rotate the signatures manually. There are random signature generating programs out on the internet, some paid, some free, but I found them to be unreliable.

If you are using an .ost at home, then export your calendar to a .pst file so you can save an re-use it with Outlook without your Exchange account. That would be just about all you are entitled to...

How many mail accounts do you have setup? It usually means "checking accounts" 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc. Try turning down your send/receive interval to 10 or 15 minutes and see if the activity slows...

Can you connect to your ISP when travelling? If yes, then you use the usual methods. If you can't then you cannot get your Outlook mail.

No it is not possible automatically. Outlook used the receiving account to send by default. You would need to change it manually for each item you send (use the Accounts button).

Attn Brian Tillman - emails in outlook, gmail etc

Gmail recently changed to showing sent items in their sent items folder, even when sending from Outlook using the gmail account. YOu may need to take a look at the settings in the gmail account.
