Attachments and Bcc recipients
Hi group
Can using the Bcc: field to many recipients cause specielt problems?
I have the feeling, that an email with many Bcc:- recipients is more likely
to be blocked by a spam...

I get some complaints, from Outlook users attaching a word document to an
email, that the recipient doesn't receive the word file, but a "windat"
file, that they cant open.

Outlook security block & Simple Mapi
The security patch is several years old, but I suspect that's what you're
hitting.
It is indeed a new problem. Maybe its not the Outlook security path then.
