Import Master Category List in Outlook 2003 ?

I asked this in microsoft.public.outlook.general but did not receive a

Can anyone tell me how to import the Master Category List from my old
installation of Outlook 2003 into my new install...

I have just changed computers and reinstalled Outlook 2003 as part of
Office. On my old machine I had Outlook...

However, if I double click the selected date I get a dialog box that
has the "All day event" box checked.

I know this sounds like a minor issue, but having to manually uncheck
this...

Issue creating new appointment

Hi,

When I create a new appointment in Outlook 2003 (11.8010.8017 SP2) I
get different behaviour depending how I do it :

If I select "New" from the menus or toolbar in the whole month
calendar...
