Reminders at 6am!!!

For birthdays and anniversaries, if you put these into a contact's
information, the event is created automatically without the user even seeing
it. That is why I suggested changing the beginning...

Reminders at 6am!!!

Change the time your day begins on the calendar.
Tools Options Calendar Options (button)
This will change reminders that are set in the future. I'm not sure about
those for events you've already...

I suspect this feature has been requested of Microsoft a number of times. I

How do I email an Outlook Calendar to another person.

Another method is to select the dates you want to forward, rather than the
entire calender. Forward them as Outlook calendar entries. This is under the
actions menu and works if there are not too...

You don't, at least not in Outlook. However, if what you want is posted as
an all-day event, then it will print on a monthly calendar without times.

How do I send a Calendar reminder as an attachment?

It would be a task. Look under the actions menu to send as an attachment.
Tell the user to drag it to their tasks folder.

No. Different pst file. Different logical disk drives. Different operating
system. Different user. The only link is sequential.

User 1 - Rules in place. Outlook 2003 works fine.

Make holidays BOLD in little calendars in Outlook

Many of us don't want Flag Day or Columbus Day bolded. You can do this
yourself by opening each holiday and changing its designation from Free to
Busy.
