I have an extra Personal Folder I cannot delete I tried and now I have another problem

Where do I go on the control panel to find it. Thanks so much!

Cannot turn off ("urn:schemas:httpmail:subject" LIKE '%Newsletter%' OR "urn:schemas:httpmail:textdescription" LIKE '%Newsletter%')

When I go to any of my mail folders even with mail in them it shows
nothing. If you click on filter you get the above message. If you
uncheck it the mail shows. I tried clearing the SQL message...

opened. How do I get it off of the list of mail folders. It is
messing up a file I have.

Any help would be so greatly...
