How can I send various individual contacts to my co-workers?

I had to set up email to be in "rich text". I found the instructions under
the title "How do I send my contacts in Outlook to my boss' computer?" Very
good instructions.

How can I send various individual contacts to my co-workers?

I wish to send some of my contacts to some of my co-workers. What do I need
to do to send them and what must they do to add them to their contact list.?
