Do you mean you do not know what your ISP is? Nowhere in Outlook does it
require you for your IP address.

Courtney, by default there is no password protection to access outlook.
However, you can password protect the PST file that Outlook uses to

If I have read all the threads correctly, you want to remove outlook
from the system tray altogether. As far as I am aware, you cannot do
this. You can however hide the outlook icon in the system...
