can't open email attachment

there is this user who can't open an email attachment within the email. we
tried to double-click on it...nothing happens. we then right click and save
it to desktop and open it up from there and...

yes she has "editor" permission t the calender. How do I check if she has
"delegates" permission. But I think she has it? Does it really matters if
she has delegates permission or not? Thanks...
