Yup. Found them. Revolving envelopes. I sent myself a big picture and it
still downloaded too fast. Then I noticed it took a while to send so I did
the clicking then and all is OK. Thanks.

arrows'. The send/receive thing seems to be instantaneous (broadband). Is

Using Outlook 2000. Usually when I check for new messages a box appears
briefly showing progress. There is an option like "do not show this box
again". I checked it by accident and now...

Full email address showing on sent emails?
OK. Getting this now I think. So 'contacts folder' really does the same
thing as 'address book' and this is only a nomenclature thing? Presumably
the contacts folder is in the PST file together...

Full email address showing on sent emails?
Doesn't seem to be it Brian. I only have a small address book, if that's
what you mean by contacts. Most of my emails out are sent as replies to
those emailing me. I'm sure their full email address...
