Outlook should allow a search of categories using a drop down box

When looking up contacts in a particular category group, there should be a
drop down list like Palm Desktop uses.

Outlook should do a multiple letter search like Palm Desktop

By typing in multiple letters, Palm Desktop quickly finds the name and
displays it to the right in a large easy to read box
