recover a shared contacts public folder

I have a client who accidently deleted their Shared Contacts public folder. I
was able to recover the folder using the recover deleted items tool, but now
the folder says in parenthesis...

When on a single computer, you set up a second user account and new outlook
profile, what's the quickest/simplest way to copy contacts from the first
user to the second? thanks.

What would cause the "find" function to stop working on a shared contacts
public folder, even though "advanced find" will still work? If I try to do a
find of a name I know is in the shared...

I have a client that has their contacts in a shared public folder. For some
reason, some of the users, when they use the find tool, get a return of "no
contact found". what might be causing this...
