Word as email editor

have selected word as email editor. when started for first time it shows an
errors " ~$WPLUGS.DOT" not found. when i press reply another time, its goes
smooth with out error.

agreed that delivery to pst is not recommended but we need to have that so
that mailbox is not chocked with load. we also need that to work offline. pls
help

when we select existing data file (pst) as default instead of normal exhange
folder, delivery of mails does not take place. it results an error "unable to
perform the action on exchange".
