Distribution list is not recognized on "To" field

We have come across this problem last week also. Our DL's were not
"recognised" - and appeared only as text.

My colleague worked out the fix:

She noticed that this only occured where no contacts...

I just wanted to ask you one more thing ... obviously now I have 2 profiles
(my exisiting Default Outlook profile and the new one I just created.)...

Hi Sue, thanks for your quick reply. I am trying the steps again.

When I go to the Control Panel/Mail - I get 3 options Email Accounts, Data
Files or Show Profiles.

So do I click on Email...
