Meeting Requests/Acceptances won't show in calendar...

At work we are using Outlook 2003, running on Exchange Server, and
lately new meeting requests (as well as my subsequent acceptances)
won't end up showing in the Outlook calendar.

Ones that I create...

"Accept Proposal" button is dimmed/unable to be clicked on a calendar entry

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003. Upon receiving a "New Time Proposed" email,
I intended to accept the proposed time, but I am unable to click the
"Accept Proposal" button because it is dimmed/unable...
