How can I change the contents of the DISPLAY AS field in contacts

In transferring my email contacts list from one system to another, The
"Display As" field has been set to the email address. Is there a way of
resetting all the "display as" fields in my contacts...

I can't figure out how to create a DL or a rule by selecting all contacts
that have their company name field set to "xxx" or whatever. Can anyone help?

Whenever I load up outlook on one of my computers, it says it can't find the
voice processing software and do I want it to be installed from the original
disks. I told it yes once and it tried to...
