Changing Color of Custom Forms

If you are using Outlook 2007, use a form region - it has themed controls and
much richer color support.

You are not doing anything wrong. Outlook will not display a custom form in
the reading pane if there is script.

You may want to check out form regions with Outlook 2007 Beta 2 - they allow...

OL 2007 - Set custom form region as default

You should be able to right click on the folder, select Properties and use
the "When posting to this folder" to select the region you want.

You must have registered the region as a replace or...
