Thank you again.

I re-synced my palm to outlook while outlook was open, and it worked. My
data came in.

As far as importing and exporting is concerned, I was not trying to import...

Hi Alan,

It is definitely Microsoft Outlook. Icon is gold colored Microsoft square-
like excel is green. Tried exporting from Outlook and it said that my
import/export drivers weren't installed....
