Outlook 2003 will not automatically send/receive

I have all the settings to automatically send and receive, but I

I have two businesses, one a dealer and the other a manufaturer's rep.

business contact manager will not import ACT! 2007

Going to a new computer. How do I backup Outlook 2003 so that when I

Outlook 2003 outbox is holding messages too long, cannot delete one
