remove tiled mode in outlook 2003
I can't seem to get rid of tiled mode in outlook 2003 when creating a
background
stationery. I'm trying to create a good looking email that is not too large
a file in outlook.

problem switching identity
To: Ron.... thanks for informing me that identity is not via the ISP
(although they dod supply me with a new password, which didn't help). I did
manage to then somehow retrieve my original emails...

I have recently reinstalled IE7.
Downloaded the Winxp update you suggested to no avail.
I attempted your other suggestions -
Hotmail and IE/OE6 - some things to check

cannot send and receive
thanks for your assisance but the problem isnt retaining password/usernames
they are stored its when I try to send/receive the windowcontinually pops up.
I think it maybe more an issue with OE not...

The "log on - Hotmail" window keeps popping up asking to enter username/
password for the server when they are already entered correctly.
