It's their calendar, you don't have any control over it, and no you
can't make appointments on their calendar read only. The only way you
can do what you envision is to create a public Shared...

What do you mean "retrieve"? They are in the calendar folder, you can
set a table view and look at them sequentially if you want.

Search Outlook 2007 reminder minutes

Set the Current view to Appointments and then make sure you have the

You could Filter the view first, or use Find, depending on what kind of
calendar and time frame you were printing.

R-click on the Calendar Folder, and then select Properties, AutoArchive
is one of the Tabs.

Check DST settings and Timezones on both machines.
