Lotus Calendar Import

I have a calendar that I have maintained in Lotus version 5.0. I am now in

How do I tell Outlook to save ALL calendar entries indefinitely?

I use my Outlook calendar for everything. Sometimes I need to refer back to
a completed task as far as 2 years in the past. Does Outlook allow for this?

I keep losing some email addresses in Outlook. Why?

Why do I lose email addresses that I know I've put into Contacts? It is
disconcerting when I have to do an additional lookup and worse when I don't
have the address.
