I have done some minor programming in the past but am new to Outlook macros/scripts. Here is what I want to do.
At work, we receive our voice mail on our PCs via unified messaging and I want to be able to forward my voice mail to my Blackberry. The audio is in some nonstandard format that the BlackBerry does not recognize. My solution is to have an Outlook filter trigger a scrip on any voice mail messages that I receive. The script would save the voice mail audio to disk which creates a MP3 file. I would then need to automatically creat a new email, attached the new MP3 file, and send it to my BlackBerry. Is this possible? Has anyone done this or something similiar?
