Harvest Data from Outlook Form

I want to create an Outlook form to send out as a survey about our cafe.
That's not a problem. My issue is with creating it in such a way that when a
user emails me back their inputs, the results go into a database (access
probably). How can I do such a thing?

You might start with the ItemAdd event of the Inbox; see the VBA help for an
example.

There read the item's properties, connect to your database, and use the
proper SQL statements to insert the data into a table.

This sample demonstrates how to connect to an Access database by using
ADODB:

Depending on what you want to do, you might use the Connection.Execute
method with the Insert SQL statement; or use a recordset that looks for
existing data first, then update or insert your data. All that stuff can be
found by looking for ADO and SQL.
