Default Need some direction

Greetings from a complete Outlook programing newbie.

My employer has requested that I develop a bridge between Outlook and their
Access database (mainly for calendaring, task lists and email). However, up
to this point I have never programmed any macros or custom features for
Outlook. Can anyone point me towards a good resource where I might find some
helpful examples?
